We were Walking in a Winter WEDDING Wonderland…

When Doug and Taylor started planning their wedding, they had a vision of an evergreen forest at Bel Air Events located at 3014 S Webster St Kokomo Indiana, and they NAILED IT!

The trees, acquired by the bride and groom over several months were brought in and “planted” in every corner of the ballroom, a few in the lobby, and a cluster of trees were placed between the staircases to create the ceremony area. You could see several trees from anywhere you were.

Banner Flower House ”decked the arch” with evergreen garlands, lush wintery roses, lights, and soft white fabric panels draped throughout.

Taylor’s bouquet was full of roses, burgundy Hearts, White Mondial, and Tibet. We then added winter greenery and added a touch of silver Seeded Eucalyptus.

The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Taylor’s bouquet, the stems were wrapped with burgundy ribbon.

We fitted one of the flower girls with her crown, and gave her a quick tutorial on how to toss the petals down the aisle!

Here are a couple “walkthroughs” of the lobby, ceremony and reception areas

The Red Velvet “Naked” cake was delivered by Indulgence Bakery, of Kokomo. We embellished with a few floral accents and a wreath of greenery at the base.

There were several park lights, courtesy of the Bel Air, which added a little more magic!

The bride placed a small hand-tied bouquet of pink carnations on a chair, in memory of her mother.

As guests were leaving, they were sent off with a special message…”And to All a Good Night”

And it was…

This wedding was a labor of love for Doug and Taylor, and we’re sure glad they included Banner Flower House!
